If you're ever on your way to Aspen or Vail, you should stop in the first town outside of Denver on I-70, Idaho Springs. It's a well known pizza place in the area so just ask a local. I believe that they now have a location in Denver but you must experience the original. Plus, you get to check out a cute little town before your long drive into the mountains.
