How did I do that?

How is it that I can run 4 miles with no problem but I go to get a frying pan out of the cabinet and I strain my lower back so much that I can barely walk. I'm now sitting here with ice on it to numb the pain. It seems to be working so hopefully by tomorrow I'll be close to normal. MTH was good though - he massaged the area for me and got the bag of ice.

i'm going to try to do yoga tonight at home - i have a new dvd
