I was born in NC but raised in the Deep South - Baxley, GA to be exact. It's ok if you've never heard of the place. You and 99.9% of the rest of the world. It's a pretty boring place but I did learn a lot of things that I wouldn't have learned living in the suburbs or the city - roosters don't just crow in the mornings, ghosts are real, news really does travel faster in small towns, neither movie theaters nor cable tv are necessities in life, fried chicken tastes better when fried in lard.

Yes where is the update please! And do you like that book: Against the Gods: a remarkable story of risk...? Someone recommended it to me but I have too many other books to read!
I will update soon. A few things going on here in the Mid-Atlantic - a lot of rain!! It may be next though as I'll hopefully be out of town over the weekend but MTH is not sure that he wants to go. We'll see.
